As mentioned previously, Obambi promised there will be "sunshine before signing", so that we, the people, could examine a bill before he signed it into law. Well, here we go again! He will sign the "stimulus" bill on Monday, less than 3 days after our congress-nits voted for it. Way to go, Obambi.
