Chris Dodd thinks we are as stupid as the folks who re-elected him

In a stunning display of chutzpah, Dodd, along with the stealth-shield (D-Conn) attachment, pretends that by merely re-financing his loans (which by happenstance will likely be at a lower rate, anyway) the question of his lack of ethics will simply go away. These people have absolutely no shame. Hey, Dodd, I was born at night, but it wasn't last night!
