If this handy-dandy chart is to be believed, we are already out of the woods, in the clear, on the home straight- you get the picture. From close perusal, it seems that as soon as Gubmint acts to help a recession/depression it is retroactively cured.
I see no reason to delay the stimulus package a day longer!
